Wave run!!
haiz i din sleep well agian.. i sleep at 2 am.. then woke up by a bad dream.. then toss and turn till 6 am.. wonder why i always get such feeling before run.. aint got enough rest..
oh.. i went to catch " one more chance" not bad..quite farnie... watchable...hehee
i ran the most reserve run.. i pace ppl instead of going all out.. i set myself a timing of 45.. i ran in 44 57sec.. bearly made it.. but i overtake like 10 plus ppl at the end pt sprint!! hehehe not bad.. quite happi..
but hor.. got a girl.. i was chasing her.. but she ran and ran till she went out of my sight!! strong!!!!impress leh.. then she is the only girl i saw during my run liao.. then all guys.. sainz.. hahahaa

eeks.. my back got many white spots hor.. i knoe why.. cos i alway train at night due to time constraint in the day.. tehn to get more sleep time i went shower ASAp then kena white spots.. sobsob.. wat to do.. haiz..
